Since 1968 LaVassar Florist, Inc. has provided Seattle with original designs for every occasion. We strive to please with outstanding arrangements and superior customer service. We've been a proud member of the Better Business Bureau since 1999, as well as a member of their honor roll. Each design reflects our family name, and we take great pride in our work.

Over 35 years ago, Joyce LaVassar-Reems founded LaVassar Florist. Together with daughters Judy and Joanne, the LaVassars have worked hard to develop the business into one of the most respected flower shops in the Seattle area.

In 2003 and 2004, LaVassar Florist Inc. was nominated for the best small business in Seattle through the Seattle Mayor's office!

LaVassar Florist, Inc. participates in many events, including The Seattle Wedding Show (former winner "Best Designed Booth" Award) and The Northwest Flower and Garden Show Floral Competition (2005 2nd Place & 2003 3rd Place Design Competion).

Recently, LaVassar Florists received top ratings for both quality and price by the Puget Sound Consumers' Checkbook (Summer/Fall 2005). LaVassar Florists was one of only three florists to receive a top rating in both categories.

LaVassar Florists is proud to support our local schools and churches in their fund-raisers, to sponsor a staff softball team, and to host an annual Holiday House in November. This family-owned business provides unique arrangements and makes contributions to the surrounding community.

Our shop serves the following areas in Washington: Bellevue, Edmonds, Lynnwood and Seattle.

Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

A local delivery fee of $7.00 to $15.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee will be $9.50.)

U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
